A comprehensive 9 page Questionnaire will be sent to participants in order for us to prepare appropriately. Work Book Notes will be emailed to participants before the Tutorial, for use during the sessions. However, the Tutorial is designed for educational purposes and does not replace the recommendations of each individual’s medical team. We shall work during mornings on different days– dates and times to be arranged personally.
